Our communication channels:
The registered information comes from the person's active expression of interest or as an existing customer. The information is only personal name, postal address and email address. All recipients can unsubscribe via newsletter and contact the marketing department, email@example.com.
Campaign e-mail to existing customers
The registered information comes from Hantverksdata's customer register. We believe that the campaigns are relevant to the customer relationship and thus there is a legitimate interest from the registered person.
Campaign e-mail to leads
The personal data used for various campaign e-mail to leads is assessed as a legitimate interest for the registered person as the company is active in the craft industry and therefore there should be an interest in Hantverksdata's products and services.
The registered information is retrieved from UC, Trade Associations, Member Register, via events such as trade fairs, seminars, sales visits and via telephone contacts.
The information used is stored in our CRM system, which in turn is updated in the email program with updated information. Storage is required to ensure any opportunity to unsubscribe and update their personal information upon receipt of the promotion.
All recipients can unsubscribe via campaign e-mail and contact the marketing department, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Storage and security
No information regarding special categories is stored in our customer register. Via the search function in the CRM system, personal data can be deleted as desired.
The data subject's information (company, telephone number and e-mail address) is on certain occasions handed over to third parties such as telemarketing, printing and at customer events to conference facilities. Upon these transfers, the Personal Assistant Agreement enters into force.
The address register that we use in our CRM system is required to be able to handle meeting bookings, history, addresses, quotes, agreements and letter correspondence.
The history that we preserve does not apply to personal data that concerns special categories such as race, ethnic origin, political opinions, etc.
Irrelevant info such as "good to know about the person privately" is not stored.
